Last week I purchased my new Lennox heat pump and air handler from your company. James Hash and Vernon Hunter installed the units taking two full days. I felt I had to write to express how impressed I was by their outstanding service. They were professional, very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Your company was well represented by two men who worked very hard with attention to the important details of doing a good job. The extra effort taken in cutting the brick pavers around my new unit and making it fit perfectly on the platform were very much appreciated along with both Vernon and James leaving my house just as clean as when they arrived, and no damage done during the installation with such small and restricted workspace upstairs in my home. The unit was inspected on Monday of this week and I was assured that they performed a high quality job of installing it. Having to make such a large purchase was incredibly hard for me and I was concerned about what kind of product/service I would receive. When I saw the finished product, felt the welcomed warmth and was told it was a quality job, I felt I needed to write and express my gratitude and appreciation. Vernon and James handled my issues as if they were their own, and I am completely satisfied. These two men are assets to your company and represent you in an exemplary manor. Thank you for your services and product. I will be sure to tell my friends and family what a great job your company has done and how much I enjoyed working with James and Vernon.

I apologize that this e-mail is so long overdue. I cannot tell you how much I am enjoying our new HVAC system. As much as I labored over the decision of zoning, it really has been a great solution to our heating and cooling problems. Now, there are the extreme days when it gets down to 18 degrees at night and then I have to remember to re-program the settings or we do end up freezing upstairs at night and vice-versa with the heat. But, all-in-all, it was a good recommendation and solution. Additionally, let me commend the staff of Charlotte Comfort Systems and its professionalism–never entering my home without permission, always wearing boot covers to protect floors and carpets and going the extra mile to find solutions that are acceptable to the homeowner (ME)! Robert and Anthony were very Professional and very courteous to me and my wife during the time that they were here for the Installations of our two new heating and Air Conditioning Systems. Whenever they had to enter the house for anything they always used drop cloths and or covers over their shoes. They cleaned up every day after themselves before they left, they arrived promptly at the time that they stated every morning and they always let us know when they were leaving and when they would return. As I mentioned they were very Professional and always spoke to us in a very professional manner, even though I hovered over them and asked many questions. I was amazed that these young men worked the entire day every day and never took a lunch hour! As a matter of fact everyone we have met from Charlotte Comfort Systems has been very professional and courteous, we had the opportunity to meet Don as he came to our home to assist Robert with the new Thermostats, we also met the Delivery Person that delivered the equipment and two additional service staff members that we ready willing and able to assist with the installation. So I congratulate you and your Company for such an excellent Staff.

They were excellent, they arrived on time, finished before their time, cleaned up so well you’d never know they worked here. I never had a lennox before and I’m very happy with it!

Dealing with Charlotte Comfort Systems has been a pleasure compared to some of the other HVAC dealers I have dealt with in the past. When my AC unit needs to be replaced, rest assured I will call Charlotte Comfort and request a Dave Lennox unit to match with what I have already purchased from them. They have been extremely helpful with me in understanding the thermostat that came with the unit.

The Dave Lennox Signature Series System you installed a few years ago has been a tremendous improvement over the builder quality system that was installed when my house was built. Great service & followup! Charlotte Comfort Systems went beyond the normal customer service and effort to make sure my house was comfortable (summer) until my new system was installed. Prior to buying a system from Charlotte Comfort Systems I had a service contract to maintain the old system, and because of the service I received I purchased my new Lennox Unit from them.

Scott, Rodney and Robert completed the installation of our downstairs systems this evening. This makes experience #2 with CCS equally enjoyable from a customer perspective. (You designed a replacement configuration for our 2 upstair systems last year.) Everyone we deal with at CCS is top notch. Professional, courteous, neat, email accessible (sounds crazy but you’re the only firm I have encountered that use the internet!)…you guys have not forgotten the basics and it stands out. Scott, just a short note to tell you how GREAT your staff was to be around during our HVAC rehab project. Our crawl space is rather gross, muddy, smelly and downright creepy. They always addressed me as Mrs. H, were considerate of us living here, cleaned up every night before leaving and were the some of the nicest workers we have had in our house during the last six months of our renovation. It is hard to come by good employees these days, let alone, GREAT employees, but the two gentlemen (sorry, I can’t remember names–I wish I could!) you have on your staff are EXCELLENT both in know-how and in customer service. They worked at a steady pace and arrived and left each day like clockwork–and were so friendly and kind to us and our pets. Even when our contractors goofed up their hard work after a long week, they crawled back in to make the repair–at 4 p.m. on a Friday–and never complained about it! Having your HVAC system ripped out of your basement is pretty disruptive, yet these two gentlemen minimized the disruption! I would highly recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems. I got exactly what I needed to solve a somewhat complicated issue in my older home. I’m completely satisfied with the entire process of choosing and installation of my new Lennox system.

The quote we received from Charlotte Comfort Systems was much less than some of the other quotes for a new A/C unit. Our old one wasn’t broken, just not powerful enough. The new A/C unit has made a huge difference in the temperature upstairs! Very happy with it…at least so far!

Wow, what a blessing when we were sent a referral about Charlotte Comfort Systems yesterday. We got home and our house was a breezy 60 degrees! Needless to say it was only going to get cooler as the night went by since it was 35 degrees last night. Nathan spent a few hours on the phone calling different companies, trying to get a live person and getting quotes for after-hours visits. We heard back from Charlotte Comfort about 9:00, and they said they might have time to have a guy come out. By 10, none of the companies had called us and we were ready to prepare ourselves for a cold morning. Right after 10:00 Scott called to ask if someone could come out to the house, and 15 minutes later we had a gentleman looking at our heater. The best part about it is, all that was wrong was a bad wire in our thermostat! It was not too expensive a wire to fix, especially considering the time of night the serviceman came. It was well worth the cost for the warmth we enjoyed in our house throughout the night and this morning. It was such a blessing God sent them our way! Thank you for your time, effort, and service. We are ever so grateful.

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed my wife was with the level of service and the amount of knowledge Bruce Hooper demonstrated when he visited our home yesterday. My wife Karen, has an immeasurable amount of experience dealing with customer service oriented issues developed during her 16 years at Bank of America so believe me, when she is impressed you have definitely done your job. Bruce did a thorough check and assessment of our home’s heating and cooling systems and we signed up for an annual maintenance plan which I am confident will be money well spent.

During the coldest weather, Charlotte Comfort System replaced the gas pack for our home. We asked for estimates from other companies who priced our neighborhood and expected us to be desperate and never checked back with us. However Charlotte Comfort Systems called us back to follow up and even helped us understand our finance options through Piedmont Natural Gas – no one else even mentioned it. This company tries harder, and we felt how much they appreciated our business. Their service techs are very professional and perform a quality installation. The Mecklenburg code inspector found nothing wrong with the work. I recommend them to everyone now. People have a choice!
