Last week I purchased my new Lennox heat pump and air handler from your company. James
Hash and Vernon Hunter installed the units taking two full days. I felt
I had to write to express how impressed I was by their outstanding service. They
were professional, very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. Your
company was well represented by two men who worked very hard with attention to
the important details of doing a good job. The extra effort taken in cutting
the brick pavers around my new unit and making it fit perfectly on the platform
were very much appreciated along with both Vernon and James leaving my house
just as clean as when they arrived, and no damage done during the installation
with such small and restricted workspace upstairs in my home.
The unit was inspected on Monday of this week and I was assured that they performed
a high quality job of installing it. Having to make such a large purchase
was incredibly hard for me and I was concerned about what kind of product/service
I would receive. When I saw the finished product, felt the welcomed warmth
and was told it was a quality job, I felt I needed to write and express my gratitude
and appreciation. Vernon and James handled my issues as if they were their
own, and I am completely satisfied. These two men are assets to your
company and represent you in an exemplary manor.

be sure to tell my friends and family what a great
job your company has done and how much I enjoyed working
with James and Vernon.

I just wanted to drop you a note and personally Thank You and your Staff for a job extremely well done.
Robert and Anthony were very Professional and very courteous to me and my wife during the time that they were here for the Installations of our two new heating and Air Conditioning Systems. Whenever they had to enter the house for anything they always used drop cloths and or covers over their shoes. They cleaned up every day after themselves before they left, they arrived promptly at the time that they stated every morning and they always let us know when they were leaving and when they would return.
As I mentioned they were very Professional and always spoke to us in a very professional manner, even though I hovered over them and asked many questions. I was amazed that these young men worked the entire day every day and never took a lunch hour!
As a matter of fact everyone we have met from Charlotte Comfort Systems has been very professional and courteous, we had the opportunity to meet Don as he came to our home to assist Robert with the new Thermostats, we also met the Delivery Person that delivered the equipment and two additional service staff members that we ready willing and able to assist with the installation.
So I congratulate you and your Company for such an excellent Staff.

I apologize that this e-mail is so long overdue. I cannot tell you how much I am enjoying our new HVAC system. As much as I labored over the decision of zoning, it really has been a great solution to our heating and cooling problems. Now, there are the extreme days when it gets down to 18 degrees at night and then I have to remember to re-program the settings or we do end up freezing upstairs at night and vice-versa with the heat. But,
all-in-all, it was a good recommendation and solution.
Additionally, let me commend the staff of Charlotte

permission, always wearing boot covers to protect floors and carpets
and going the extra mile to find solutions that are acceptable to

Great service & followup! Charlotte Comfort Systems went beyond the normal customer service and effort to make sure my house was comfortable (summer) until my new system was installed. Prior to buying a system from Charlotte Comfort Systems I had a service contract to maintain the old system, and because of the service I received I purchased my new Lennox Unit from them.
