Founded in 1998 as Southside Heating & Cooling and purchased in March 2003 by Scott M. Shelton we continue to grow by putting the customer first. After many years of working in the heating, cooling and indoor air quality business and seeing things in the industry he thought needed changing, Scott decided it was time to own his own Charlotte HVAC company and to model it after the values he believed in: personal, hands-on customer service, an emphasis on complete satisfaction, and performing services without any hidden costs or "surprises."
